CANCELLATION POLICY: Clients will be expected to pay a cancellation fee of 60% of their scheduled appointment to AMTC if the cancellation is made with less than a 12 hr. notice. This fee will allow for the payment of the therapist that has reserved this time for the client regardless if the client shows or not.
LATE ARRIVALS: Clients will be expected to pay for thier entire scheduled session regardless of the time remaining of that session. AMTC will attempt, with the best of thier ability, to give the client as much of their scheduled session without effecting other clients sessions or therapist's schedules.
