CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that schedules can change. Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled without charge with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice and missed appointments will incur a cancellation fee equal to 60% of the scheduled service. This fee goes directly toward compensating the therapist for their reserved time and preparation.

If you need to cancel on short notice, please text (860) 431-0881 and/or leave a voicemail (860) 677-8388 as soon as possible. Please keep in mind that we do not have access to texts or voicemails while therapists are in session, and messages received after your appointment start time do not prevent the cancellation fee from being applied.

Clients acknowledge and agree that any applicable cancellation or no show fees will be charged to the card on file or applied to a gift certificate on file, in accordance with our policies. If no payment method is available, an invoice will be issued and payment is due upon receipt.

As a courtesy to all guests, late arrivals will receive the remaining time of their scheduled session to ensure we stay on schedule for all appointments. We recommend arriving 10 minutes early so your session can begin on time and you can fully enjoy your experience.
